ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

1 стакан кефира
150 гр муки
1 яйцо
1/3 ч.л. соды
1 ст.л. растительное масло
0,5 стакана крутого кипятка
1 ст.л. сахара
1/3 ч.л. соли

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ

Кефир, яйца, сахар, соль и муку хорошо перемешать.

В кипяток добавить соду , быстро перемешать и вылить в тесто.
Все хорошо перемешать и дать постоять 5 минут.
Добавить в тесто растительное масло и перемешать.
Выпекать на смазанной маслом сковородке.
